Human Resources/Administrative Services directs and monitors all personnel programs for the District. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: the recruitment, screening, and selection of certificated and classified personnel; supervision and monitoring of employee performance evaluation procedures; coordination and monitoring of medical, dental, and vision insurance, workers' compensation and unemployment insurance; administration and interpretation of certificated and classified employee contract matters and employer/employee labor relations; counsel and advise employees in personnel matters and on policies, regulations and procedures related to various employee issues and programs.

  Human Resources/Administrative Services directs and monitors all administrative services for the District. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: monitoring, interpretation and evaluation of federal, state, and local legislation, codes and regulations to ensure compliance by the District; coordination, monitoring, and supervision of Special Education, health services programs and home teaching provisions; administration and supervision or intra and inter-district attendance petition agreements; coordination and monitoring of pupil transportation.
